For background support, visit: RABS Helpdesk for all background support questions. That link will provide answers to frequently asked questions about background payroll, paychecks, and using the RABS App. It will also give you access to submit a ticket to our helpdesk.
You may also email firstname.lastname@example.org. By emailing background support directly, you will automatically generate a ticket in our support system. We work to answer all tickets within twenty four hours. Be advised, we aren't an extras payroll company and can't control how or when you are paid.

RABS does not issue W-2 & tax information. We don't perform background / extras payroll services. Please contact your payroll company for an answer to this question. Background Support, What Should I Expect?
We use an email and ticketing system for background support. We do this to ensure we always have a written log of interactions, and how we helped solve any situation. Given that the RABS App and RABS Digital Voucher interacts directly with payroll, and may pertain to your personal identifiable information (more information on your Privacy), RABS insists on email and ticketing as our primary form of contact. In extenuating circumstance, a phone call may be necessary, however, there's yet to be a problem we couldn't solve with clear written communication!
